"What a great dealership! I live in the Mpls/St. Paul suburbs and there are two local Triumph dealers that would have been the logical choice for me to use. "This comment is over due, sorry. I did not buy my Rocket 3 from Sport Rider, but wish I had. I had a bad expirence with the dealer I did buy from. I contacted Sport Rider to see if they would take care of any warranty isues that might arise, you said no problem. After 7000 miles without a hitch. Then ouch my R3 needed help. A fluk problem needing an engine rebuild. Sport Rider took care of the warranty. I now have another 1000 miles and things are great. My thanks to Mike, Rich, Scott,and the others at Sport Rider. "Your dealership is excellent! I brought my 2002 Triumph Tiger in for warranty work. Mike and the other associates that I've dealt with took care of my problems promptly without hassels. They also checked any other manufacture recalls, found them and took care of a fuel line connector recall. I didn't even by my motorcycle from Sport Rider but still get treated nicely and with a smile. I since then continue to bring the Tiger in for scheduled maintaince even though I live 110 miles away in Wausau."
